Pura Vida Lifestyle's yoga classes take place in the beautiful atmospheric Yoga studio Yorah in Groningen. You can buy a relaxation package of 5 lessons (1.5 hours per lesson).
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
We start each lesson with onebreathing exerciseto create peace in body and mind. With the Yin Yogapostures that follow, there will be time for your body to let go of what it no longer needs. We close with 30 minutes Yoga Nidra to get into that deeper layer of relaxation.
