We pay attention to your sleep quality, stress factors, exercise and diet, where I put together a tailor-made nutrition plan for you. By giving your body the nutrients it needs, your body will start working for you again instead of against you.

INTRODUCTION
The first step is the introduction. For this you can schedule a free and non-binding consultation in which you will be given the space to ask questions and we will see together what I can do for you.
INTERVIEW
If you have decided to get started with your lifestyle, we will schedule an intake interview. During this conversation we will discuss your lifestyle in detail and see what you need to find balance.
COACHING
The coaching conversations take place online via video meetings or in consultation in Groningen and last 45 minutes. In between the coach conversations I am always available for questions or other things that bother you and it will not cost you anything extra.
YOGA
You can also choose yoga as an extra option. I offer online classes and on location. Yoga helps you relax and improves your sleep quality. You also learn to discover your limits better and it gives you new insights.
