This transformative breath journey is truly a gift to yourself. Through the breath in combination with cocoa and microdose truffle, you make a journey through your body. You step out of your head for a moment that is always so busy with all kinds of thoughts. Thoughts that prevent you from letting go of emotions, following your dreams, being your real self and opening your heart to yourself and to others.

The power of connected breathing helps you to let go of what no longer serves you or to receive what you need. You connect more with yourself and it can give you new insights. You can also find more information HERE and in my blog.

Breathing with cocoa & microdosing deepens the effect of the breathing technique and at the same time breathing helps to increase the effect of these plant medicines. A magical combination.


  • cacoa is also called a heart opener. It brings your awareness into the moment and into the body. It connects you to yourself in a loving way.

  • Microdosing psilocybin truffles helps you feel more connected to yourself. It brings you more in touch with your intentions and life mission.
    NB! You will not trip from a microdose, because the dose is minimal.

Dichtbij Borger, ligt een prachtig privé bos en is al een cadeau op zich. Het zit verscholen naast de Borgerderweg, waar je door een poort zo de bosrijke natuur instapt. 


Good to know!

  • Put on comfortable and warm clothing that you can move freely in, e.g. yoga clothes or sweatpants with a shirt (Think about layers. You can get cold while breathing or very hot at times).

  • Bring a water bottle, hydration is important!

  • Yoga mats are provided, but it may be nice to bring your own. It can also be nice to bring your own blanket and possibly a pillow.

  • Wipes (you can get emotional on your breath journey)

  • A notebook to record your experiences

  • Fruit/nuts to eat after that time. I advise you to have a light breakfast beforehand, e.g. just some fruit

  • Please also include what you like to have with you, such as a gemstone, a photo of a loved one or another item that has emotional value for you.

  • !If you use medication, if you have medical complaints, psychological complaints, or if you are pregnant, first ask your doctor whether intensive overbreathing is suitable for you at the moment. I do not recommend using Microdosing in these cases.
